No circles were marked by original analyst. His instructions were followed to make recount: transect begins at left and top of etched line (when viewing throught the microscope). It is unclear how close to the transect line the field of view had to be; qaqc analyst positioned the transect line just outside to the right of the field of view as seen under the 100 X objective. Images of key taxa are provided.
