  Comments: Nitz sp.1? N. filiformis v. conferta???? The diatoms called Nav radiosa and Nav menisculus in this sample are both in Krammer's Nav cryptotenella /menisculus group-- difficult to place. I called the longer, thinner ones N. radiosa v. tenella and the shorter, broader ones Nav. menisculus. See Figs 33:17-20.
