1 QUALIFIER:

  Qualifier Code: TaxaNote
Description: Notes taken about the taxa for a count; older data typically includes information such as beginning and end scan coordinates, unusual taxa, etc.
Comments: There are three Phormidium spp: Ph. autumnale; Ph. irriguum, and Phormdium sp.1. See notes and images for details. Nostochopsis sp.1, was first identified as Hapalosiphon sp. During the 19th workshop, Jeff Johansen identified it to be Nostochopsis, but can key out to species. He thought it might be a new species. Also, there are couple of different Calothrix. very interesting sample Frank suggests to change H. margalefii to H. varians
