  Comments: Row 1 x 107, y 4, y 17, Row 2 x 105, y 17, y 4. Most of the valves are dissolved and transparent remnants are left on slide.. A very small percentage of the valves are intact. Sparse slide, a count of 100 valves was accomplshed in 45 min of analysis. Full count would not be reached at 4 hours.
