  Comments: "Nitz kutzingiana": used for Nitz pusilla-type, and maybe also for small N. palea. "Nitz frustulum v subsalina": I think this is actually Nitz. liebetruthii. Dirty slide, has many difficult GVs. I see more taxa not in count: N. capitellata, N. palea. LAP 1/22/98
