| This station was located about two miles downstream from the Pa. route 87 bridge at North Mehoopany. It included the lower half of an island near the exit of the Vosburg Tunnel of the Lehigh Valley R.R. There were extensive riffles between the island and the right bank and a small backwater at the lower end of the island (right bank side). This station was approximately 200 yards long. This station reflects extreme low water conditions. (1969 report.) |
