12 Lont Marr to NAWQA 1997-Start taxonomic system

Change system 12

Changes some names used by Lont Marr in 200 and 2001 to NAWQA 1997-start names. System devised by Eduardo Morales (8/2001) based on QA/QC of 1997-start study units analysed by Lont Marr (DELR and NECB). Lont was analyzing samples at home and did not have access to full range of necessary literature. Additional corrections suggested by Marina Potapova 12/03/01; changes made same day by E. Morales.
