15 Correction of errors in data submitted to BioTDB

Change system 15

This system was set in order to solve taxonomic errors found by NAWQA people (S. Porter) in data submitted by ANSP to the Bio-TDB. Idea about this change system was originated by KS and supported by EAM and MS (04/04/02).
